Tonight I was craving, cold and sweet, but also salty and spicy, and this is what I came up with… a detox-friendly, amazingly delicious smoothie.
Here’s what you need to make it happen:
Pineapple (fresh or frozen)
Mango (fresh or frozen)
Lime juice (fresh squeezed)
Spinach (or any other greens you want to include; dandelion greens are great for detoxing)
Kevita sparkling probiotic drink – Coconut flavor (feel free to use regular coconut water)
Cayenne pepper (optional)
Sea salt (optional)
Ice (optional; include if you use all fresh fruit)
Put ingredients in blender. Blend. Pour. Enjoy.
